Marion Haza-Pery : psychosexuality of porn and #porn on social media

Since the dawn of the digital, classic representations of sexuality have been displaced on the web. Porn has thus appeared, with its increasingly trafficked images. Children and adolescents are confronted with these unfiltered, sometimes traumatic images. How do social media deal with these images in order to protect them? In what ways has porn evolved? What is one to think about the emergence of #porn on social media, as it relates to entry into the adult world?

Claude Monneret: pornography and the deferred action of the Oedipus complex

I will discuss the treatment of two adolescents presenting a heightened oedipal crisis linked to early disturbances in the relation with the primal object, and for whom the use of pornographic representations and practices is a defense against the traumatic threat of incestuous attraction to the mother and against the genital relation, which brings issues of the relation with another person. This regressive, defensive sexuality touches many adolescents to different degrees at the onset of the crisis of adolescence.

Éric Bidaud : The Adolescent and the “Pornographic Stage”

We propose to analyse a category : the “ obscene ”. We define this category as a function : in the space of the relationship with the other, it plays both a regulating and a parading role, as a way of being in front of the other, while struggling against his/her fascination.
Adolescents, in their relationship with the “ pornographic scene ”, question the body of the other, which is experienced as an object of attraction but also of danger.
