Los autores tratan la cuestión de la tentativa de suicidio de un adolescente en relación con la « madre » no en su capacidad de inversión, lo que resulta en la formación de un agujero en la relación de objeto. La tensión de conflicto entre la atracción y la preservación de objetos encontrados narcisista a expresarse a través del cuerpo y actuar en un dolor tan grande en la identidad de esta adolescente. En un intento de tapar los huecos causados por fallos narcisistas del objeto precoz, el uso de un objeto de la adicción (violín) – de tuning y el enganche – ha permitido a esta adolescente a evitar hacer frente a la pérdida, el vacío en sí, a distancia y cualquier inversión que podría ser una amenaza a su integridad psíquica. Los autores muestran cómo la psicoterapia de mediación promoverá la participación de este trabajo de los adolescentes en el trueque y el luto en apoyo de la sublimación.

The authors address the issue of the attempted suicide of a teenager in connection with « mother » failing in its capacity as investment, resulting in the formation of a hole in the object relation.
